H62 Antique Kimono Haori, Bright Orange Surf.

The shell is bright orange with golden yellow patterns of waves and breaking surf over the entire surface.  The liner is of Go-Sho babies playing with flowers and so forth. Himo are present in pink and white; here are your specs for this one:

H61 Antique Kimono Haori, Wine Red, Citrus & Fan Urushi.

The design here is of the old Cypress wood folding fans; they are patterned with flowers and citrus, etc and are done in the urushi fashion.  Flat himo in purple with a pattern of blue-green flowers and chevrons detailed in yellow pop against the white liner.  Here are the specs:

SOLD H60 Antique Kimono Haori, Urushi Corsages, Bright Liner.

A lovely quiet pattern of flower corsages with ribbons, done in the urushi technique in beautiful metallic threads.  This one is more formal; notice that the pattern crosses the body/sleeve seam intact and that there are three crests present; quite rare nowadays in a woman's garment.  The brilliant liner makes this one cry out to be worn reversed, at least occasionally.  Flat braid himo are present with a pattern of long chevrons in blue and metallic thread.  Here are the specs:

Here's a unique piece; graduated colors look almost air-brushed and the liner is complimentary and just as unique as the shell.  Colors range through the greens and beiges with goldenrod and blue-green tones, himo are flat braid and multicolored on a green ground.

The ground color is difficult to describe; it is not quite pink, not quite bone, not quite peach; nearly a soft blush color.  Berries, blossoms, stems and leaves are nicely detailed for gentle splashes of color; the graduated white to hot pink haorihimo finishes and anchors the whole!  Here are your specs:

H54 Antique Kimono Haori, Pink Cloud Sou-Shibori.

Hard to say which way to wear this one first; traditionally or reversed!  The liner is spectacularly well-chosen for this haori and it would be a shame to hide it all the time.  Beautiful shibori work on the cloud pattern of the outer shell, this is sou-shibori and it is both expensive and much sought after.  Be quick with your emails on this one; here are your specs:

H52 Antique Kimono Haori Red/Orange Shibori.

This one is having a lot of fun and it doesn't seem to need us for that.  A distinctly orangy tone of red, this one is shibori from east to west and north to south.  The liner is pink and white, and the silk is in excellent condition.  Here are your specs:

H51 Antique Kimono Haori, Orange Shibori Fans.

The liner refused to be photographed, so let me tell you that it is white with a pattern of soft pink leaves.  It is so rare to find a shibori haori in any color other than pink, so when this orange one was made available to me I jumped on it for you!  Lovely variegated tones of orange from Fanta to nearly red, this silk garment is in excellent condition.  Here are your specs:

SOLD H50 Antique Kimono Haori, Rose Pink, Butterflies & Himo.

Kiro calls them camellias and says 'Ensyu-Tsubaki patterns,' but to me they look like stylized butterflies.  This is one of the most interesting haoris I have seen for a while; looking at the placement of pattern on the back, it brings houmoungi kimono to mind.  Excellent condition silk, this one has himo too.  Here are your specs:
